"This home is large, well-appointed and immaculately clean. The outside has a much simpler appearance than the inside. The interior is beautifully done in a style reminiscent of the Old West. Passed down for generations, the house has remained in the same family for at least 3 generations. The home is stocked with all basic necessities as well as many extras to ensure a comfortable, relaxing stay. When we arrived after a long day of travel, homemade cinnamon rolls from the local Mennonite bakery were on the counter, eggs in the refrigerator and a Keurig with a nice selection of coffees were a welcome site. Good location for history buffs enroute to or returning from Colorado or New Mexico along the old Santa Fe Trail. Nice stop for a day or two respite, a few read-away vacation days or to visit nearby family or friends. This was our second stay, and we look forward to coming again!"
